This Tumbler can have a name added to the design, please add name in the personalization section of this item. These are HOT AND COLD compatible. Tumblers will keep your iced drinks chilled or your steaming cup of coffee hot! Each tumbler comes with a closeable lid and reusable plastic straw. The Can Cool will keep your drink cold for hours.
Tumblers are made to order.
Current Processing time for items being shipped is 7-10 business days depending on stock, this does NOT INCLUDE shipping.
Tumblers are NOT dishwasher/microwave safe. Tumblers should NOT be left out in the sun, left in a hot car, or soaked in hot water. External heat may cause image to prematurely fade or bleed.
Tumblers are non-returnable, non-refundable if personalized and customer has approved the proof. Please email me within 24 hours of receiving your tumbler, if there is an issue. Please include a picture of the defect. Email me at fromcraftycreationsbyKathy@gmail.com. If the issue is because of something done wrong by Custom Creations by Kathy, I will issue a return shipping label. The Item will be replaced, but no refunds will be issued, only new product.
Each tumbler is handmade and may be subject to imperfections or differences in color. There may be difference in color between screen and finished product.
Material:
Stainless Steel, Double walled, thermal insulated tumbler. The plastic lid is 100% BPA and Phthalate Free as well as the reusable plastic straw.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on custom orders that have approved proofs,
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
